Your home, our commitment



A second home, whether you rent it out or not, always requires attention and care. You should not spend your free time in Spain arranging all sorts of things, you already do that at home.
Do not worry about anything, we will do it for you.
We offer you two "Home Care" options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.



Two different options to suit your needs: GOLD & DIAMOND

Gold option

1 check per month, which includes:
  • Checking of correctly working locks and alarm.
  • Checking of shutters.
  • Checking for insects in the house.
  • Turning on all taps in the property for 5 minutes to avoid breaking drains and causing odours.
  • Checking lights in case of burned-out bulbs (bulbs are paid for by the owner).
  • We open all windows to ventilate the house.
  • Watering plants, (it is necessary to have a hose installed) if you do not have automatic watering.
  • Issue of your keys in our office for distributors / suppliers, this with notification from the owners. Also in case of lockout.
  • Sending the PDF document by email at each inspection, to inform the customer about the property.

If something does not work correctly or there is some anomaly of the mentioned points, we notify the owner by email and if necessary we proceed to fix it under a budget.



Diamond option

All the points mentioned in GOLD option + 2 checks per month including:
  • Personal check-in / check-out of tenants within office hours 08:00-20:00h.

* Sundays, national holidays or outside of previous mentioned office hours, we will prepare the keys in the key box with a code on the facade of our office with following address Carrer El Salat 45, Local 5, El Raso Guardamar. In this case, we will personally go through the meter reading the next working day.

  • We send via e-mail all the necessary information to your tenants about the location of your property and our office.
  • We send in PDF format with a photo of the electricity meter by e-mail, upon the tenants arrival and departure, signed by the tenants.
Extra services that we offer for ALL our customers (Golds & Diamonds):
  • Linen and towel hire.
  • Bed rental, dining chair, car seat for babies. We do not offer baby bed sheets, tenants should bring their own.
  • Welcome package service with most necessities before arrival.
  • Breakfast at home (only available in Urb. El Raso).
  • Repair service for appliances.
  • Budget and completion of any work your home needs (painting, maintenance of air conditioning and boiler, change or repair of blinds, installation of awnings, reforms...).
  • Pool and garden maintenance within budget.
  • Replacement and/or installation of extra safetylocks under budget.

Welcome package service:

We put at your disposal our "Welcome Package" so that you find everything you need, for you or your tenants, on arrival in the house.

Price 19€ + VAT which Includes:
  • 1 x Water
  • 4 x Coffee
  • 4 x Tea
  • 8 x Sugar
  • 1 x Cava
  • 1 x Dust bag
  • 2 x Toilet paper
  • 2 x Shampoo / gel
  • 2 x Dishwasher pods
  • 2 x Laundry pods

Grocery service available: Price €25 + VAT per service (shopping list is paid separately). Supermarkets: Consum & Mercadona.



Breakfast at home:

What could be better than a good breakfast to start your day with energy?

Well, let us prepare it for you and take it home! (Exclusive service for clients of Urb. El Raso).

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.

2 persons breakfast, price 30€ + VAT which Includes:
